order steps 

You will either contact me with some questions or just buy and will  know the process 100%

Your animal's will be packed safely the  afternoon before the day your order is supposed to arrive . example Tuesday deliveries are packed Monday afternoon usually I drop off at 6-7pm 

enjoy your new pet/Pets

i will answer your questions or i will contact you to set up shipping date and confirm a good day for you and send you a tracking number 

You will receive your new forever pet usually before 2pm most states are before 11am though

simply remove the top and take off the top paper towel and let the animal come out naturally and remove the vail/deli cup when the animal comes out.

If you have any issues with delivery just contact me before 4 hours so we can sort it out. this isn't my rule this is insurance rules.

I'll need a photo\video of the animal showing the issue to file a claim [this is very rare but has to be said for full transparency] LAG is overnight shipping only for all animals [ excludes isopods' roaches and bugs\feeders]
